After honing her skills for several years as the designer for a major manufacturer within the kitchen and bath industry, and eventually doing large scope design for a national franchise company,  Liz Toombs decided to “really make the jump” by creating Polka Dots & Rosebuds.

In doing so, she combined her impressive design expertise with her strong desire to be as flexible and accommodating as her clients need her to be.
